Cranberry and oatmeal cake

A creation of our Pastry Laboratory, the cranberry and oatmeal cake is a light, yet tasty cake with a crumbly texture.

Our artisan recipe is rich in cranberries, with multiple properties, skilfully mixed with the crunchy note of oat flakes, which make it a tasty and healthy cake to be enjoyed at breakfast or as a snack, excellent also with a good cup of tea.

The package is made entirely by hand, according to the true tradition of Mantuan pastry chefs, all finished with an elegant fabric tape.
