Schiacciatina Pizza flavour with fresh tuna and burrata
Ingredients for 3 servings:
  • 1 pack Schiacciatine Bottoli Pizza flavour single-portion pack;
  • 80 g burrata (or mozzarella);
  • 50 g fresh tuna fillet;
  • 30 g cherry tomatoes;
  • 10 g lettuce;
  • fresh basil;
  • extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar
    and salt;
Take the tuna fillet and gently cut it into slices and then into small cubes. Season the tuna tartare with olive oil and salt. Cut the burrata (or mozzarella)
and tomatoes in slices. Proceed with the composition of the dish: cover the Schiacciatina with lettuce, a slice of burrata, tuna tartare, tomatoes and basil.
Season with a few drops of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
